Important Safety Instructions

• Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
• Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Only the detachable blending shaft is submersible.
• Keep hands, hair, clothing, and utensils away from the moving blades during operation to prevent injury.
• Blades are sharp. Handle with care when assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
• Do not use the appliance for purposes other than its intended use.

Setup

Unpacking and Initial Cleaning

1. Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the blender.
2. Wash the detachable blending shaft (including the blade guard) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
3. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
4. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.

Assembly

1. Align the blending shaft with the motor unit.
2. Twist the blending shaft clockwise until it locks securely into place. You should hear a click.

Operating Instructions

General Blending Tips

• Always ensure the blending shaft is fully submerged in the ingredients to prevent splashing.
• Use an up-and-down motion to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
• For best results, use the blender in a deep pot, bowl, or the included container.
• Do not operate the blender continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow it to cool down for at least 3 minutes before resuming.

Using the Power and Turbo Modes

The Peach Street Immersion Blender features two operating modes:

• Power Button: Press and hold the main power button for regular blending tasks, ideal for softer ingredients and general mixing.
• TURBO Button: For additional power and speed, press and hold the TURBO button. This mode is perfect for blending tougher ingredients like frozen fruits or hard vegetables, ensuring a smooth consistency.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and performance of your immersion blender.

1. Unplug: Always unplug the blender from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Detach Blending Shaft: Press the release buttons on the side of the motor unit and twist the blending shaft counter-clockwise to detach it.
3. Clean Blending Shaft: The stainless steel blending shaft and blades are dishwasher safe. For hand washing, rinse under running water immediately after use. Use a brush to clean around the blades carefully.
4. Clean Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
