7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your BODEGACOOLER, refer to the common problems and solutions below. For further assistance, contact customer support.

Official BODEGA COOLER Frequently Asked Questions video, addressing common user concerns and providing solutions.

  • Why doesn't everything in the fridge freeze for two days?
If you put ice cream, pasta, meat, dumplings, and other food in the refrigerator, it will take a long time to freeze (generally 3-6 days), and these foods will absorb more cold. Switch to -20℃ (-4℉) and fast refrigeration mode, and ensure the heat dissipation port is not blocked. Pay attention to the ambient temperature, which should not exceed 30℃ (86℉), otherwise the refrigeration effect will be affected. Please continue to turn on the machine for observation.
  • Why does the temperature not reach the setting temperature for several days when it is set at -20℃ or -4℉?
If the refrigerator boot time is not long or more than two-thirds of the food storage, the refrigerator cooling is slow. If the boot time is not enough, or the air conditioning is not stable, air conditioning is the priority to cold food, things are not frozen, so it cannot quickly reach the set temperature. First empty the refrigerator and test the lowest temperature of the refrigerator at the ambient temperature of 25℃ (77℉).
  • Why is the refrigerator so loud?
    1. When the refrigerator is compressed, it will produce current sound, such as "buzz" sound, which should be in normal phenomenon.
    2. "Rustling sound": when the refrigerator is refrigerated, the refrigerant will be sprayed to the evaporator by the capillary road, so it will produce "rustling sound", not leakage refrigerant or noise.
    3. The refrigerant in the pipeline flow will produce the sound of water; this phenomenon needs to be normal.
The above sounds are within the range of 45dB or less. If it affects sleep or life, the refrigerator can be placed 5 meters away for use.
  • App connectivity issues: Ensure your phone's Wi-Fi is enabled and the refrigerator is powered on. Follow the app's pairing instructions carefully. Some users reported issues with app functionality; ensure the app is updated to the latest version.
  • Battery drain concerns: Utilize the H/M/L battery protection settings to prevent your vehicle's battery from draining too low. The refrigerator will automatically shut off if the battery voltage drops below the set threshold.
