Setup

1. Physical Installation

The DEKCO DC9E camera offers both wall and ceiling mounting options. Choose a location that provides optimal sunlight exposure for the solar panel and a strong 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi signal. Ensure the camera has a clear line of sight to the area you wish to monitor.

2. App Setup and Wi-Fi Connection

Download the "Cloudedge" app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your camera. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4Ghz, as the camera does not support 5Ghz networks. The app will guide you through scanning a QR code with the camera to establish the connection.

Operating Instructions

1. Live View and Pan/Tilt Control

Access the live feed through the Cloudedge app. Use the on-screen controls to remotely pan the camera 355° horizontally and tilt it 90° vertically, allowing you to monitor a wide area from your smartphone.

2. Night Vision Modes

The camera supports multiple night vision modes. It can capture clear 2K footage in low light conditions. The built-in spotlights enable full-color night vision, providing enhanced detail and clarity compared to traditional infrared black and white night vision.

5. Video Storage Options

Maintenance
