1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your Heaflex Dog Training Collar system. This system is designed to assist in training up to three dogs simultaneously using a remote control, offering various modes to reinforce desired behaviors.
The Heaflex training collar features a waterproof receiver, a rechargeable remote, and multiple training modes including LED light, vibration, and static shock. It is suitable for small, medium, and large dogs.
2. Important Safety Information
- Not for Punishment: This training collar is intended for building better communication and reinforcing commands, not for punishing your dog. The static shock mode should always be considered a last resort.
- Proper Fit: Ensure the collar fits snugly but comfortably. A collar worn for too long or too tightly can cause skin irritation. Check the fit daily and reposition the collar regularly.
- Water Exposure: The receiver collar is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can withstand immersion in water. However, the remote control is not waterproof and should be kept dry. Avoid prolonged immersion of the receiver collar.
- Supervision: Always supervise your dog during training sessions. Do not leave the collar on your dog for more than 12 hours per day.
- Age and Health: This product is suitable for dogs aged 6 months and older, weighing over 8 pounds. Consult a veterinarian if your dog has any health concerns before using the collar.

5.2 Fitting the Collar
Proper fit is essential for the collar's effectiveness and your dog's comfort.
- Place the receiver collar around your dog's neck, ensuring the contact points touch the skin.
- Adjust the nylon strap so it is snug but not too tight. You should be able to fit one or two fingers between the strap and your dog's neck.
- The collar is adjustable from 7.1 to 25.6 inches (18cm to 65cm). Excess strap can be cut off after ensuring the correct fit.
- For dogs with thick coats, you may need to trim some fur to ensure the contact points make proper contact.

5.3 Pairing the Remote and Receivers
Your system comes pre-paired. If you need to re-pair or add a new receiver:
- Turn on the remote transmitter.
- Press the 'CH' button on the remote to select the desired channel (1, 2, or 3).
- With the receiver collar turned off, press and hold the power button on the receiver until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
- While the receiver light is flashing, press any training mode button (Beep, Vibration, or Shock) on the remote.
- The receiver's indicator light will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.
- Repeat for additional receivers on different channels, or on the same channel if you wish for multiple collars to respond simultaneously to a single channel command.
5.4 Testing the Collar
Use the included test light to verify the static shock function.
- Place the test light over the receiver's contact points.
- Select a low static shock level (e.g., 10-20) on the remote.
- Press the shock button on the remote. The test light should illuminate, indicating the static function is working.
- You can also test vibration and sound modes by pressing their respective buttons and observing the receiver's response.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Training Modes
The Heaflex training system offers four distinct modes:
- Sound (Beep) Mode: Delivers an audible tone. Useful for warning or positive reinforcement.
- Vibration Mode: Provides a tactile vibration. Adjustable from levels 0-99. Effective for gaining attention or mild correction.
- Static Shock Mode: Delivers a static pulse. Adjustable from levels 0-99. Use with caution and as a last resort for serious behavioral issues.
- LED Light Mode: Activates an LED light on the receiver collar. Useful for locating your dog in low-light conditions.

- Remote Not Working:
- Check battery level and recharge if low.
- Ensure you are within the operational range.
