Setup Guide

1. Component Identification

2. Battery Installation (Transmitters)

  1. Open the battery compartment on each TX4 Pro transmitter.
  2. Insert two AAA batteries into each transmitter, ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment securely.

The transmitters require two AAA batteries each, providing approximately 6 hours of battery life. The receiver is powered directly by the iOS device.

3. Connecting the Receiver

  1. Plug the BY-WM4 RXD receiver directly into the Lightning port of your iPhone or iPad.
  2. The receiver will draw power from your iOS device.

4. Pairing Transmitters and Receiver

  1. Turn on both TX4 Pro transmitters.
  2. Press the 'Pair' button on the receiver.
  3. Press the 'Pair' button on each transmitter.
  4. The devices should automatically pair. A solid blue LED on the receiver indicates a successful connection.

Operating Instructions

1. Audio Monitoring

The receiver features a 3.5mm headphone jack for real-time audio monitoring. Plug your headphones into this port to listen to the audio being recorded.

2. Stereo/Mono Mode Switching

The transmitters offer two channels and the receiver has an M/S switch. You can switch between stereo and mono modes on the receiver according to your recording needs. This provides flexibility for post-editing.

3. Volume Control

Use the Volume +/- buttons on the receiver to adjust the audio output level.

4. Noise Reduction

The system may include noise reduction features. Refer to the specific product documentation or app settings for detailed instructions on activating and adjusting noise reduction levels.
