  • Cleaning: Wipe the parasol canopy and frame with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry completely before closing or covering.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods or during inclement weather, close the parasol and use the provided polyester protective cover. The cover is equipped with a zipper and a fiberglass rod, making it easy to put on and take off.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all screws, bolts, and moving parts for tightness and proper function. Lubricate moving parts if necessary.

  • Parasol does not open/close smoothly: Check for any obstructions in the canopy or crank mechanism. Ensure the crank handle is properly attached and not stripped.
  • Parasol feels unstable: Verify that the base is correctly assembled and adequately weighted. Ensure all connections between the pole and base are tight.
  • Canopy fabric is loose: Ensure the canopy is fully extended and the crank mechanism is tightened. Check if any ribs are bent or detached.
