The Inscabin D4 offers access to over 25,000 internet radio stations, Bluetooth connectivity for streaming, Spotify Connect, and a clear color display.

Front Panel

Rear Panel and Connections

• DC IN: Power adapter connection port.
• USB Port: For playing media from a USB drive (supports MP3 files).
• AUX IN: 3.5mm auxiliary input for connecting external audio devices.

Setup

1. Power Connection: Connect the provided power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the radio and then plug it into a wall outlet. The radio will power on automatically or enter standby mode.
2. Initial Setup Wizard:
   • Upon first power-on, the radio will guide you through an initial setup wizard.
   • Select your preferred language using the navigation buttons and press OK.
   • The radio will then scan for available Wi-Fi networks. Select your network from the list.
   • Enter your Wi-Fi password using the navigation buttons to select characters and press OK to confirm each character. Press the Right navigation button to move to the next character, and OK to confirm the entire password.
   • Once connected, the radio will display the main menu.
3. Time and Date: The time and date will typically synchronize automatically via the internet once connected to Wi-Fi. If not, you can manually set them in the system settings.

Operating Instructions

Internet Radio

Access thousands of radio stations from around the world.

1. From the main menu, select "Internet Radio" using the navigation buttons and press OK.
2. You can browse stations by location, genre, or search for specific stations.
3. Use the navigation buttons to select a station and press OK to start playback.
4. To save a station as a preset, press and hold one of the preset buttons (1-4) while the station is playing. To recall a preset, simply press the corresponding preset button.

Bluetooth Mode

Stream audio wirelessly from your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

1. From the main menu, select "Bluetooth" and press OK. The radio will enter pairing mode.
2. On your Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "Inscabin D4" from the list of devices to pair.
4. Once paired, you can play audio from your device, and it will be output through the Inscabin D4.

Spotify Connect

Control your Spotify music directly from the Spotify app on your phone or tablet.

1. Ensure your Inscabin D4 and your smartphone/tablet are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Open the Spotify app on your device.
3. Play a song and tap the "Devices Available" icon (usually a speaker or computer icon) at the bottom of the screen.
4. Select "Inscabin D4" from the list of available devices. Your music will now play through the radio.

Alarm Function

Set dual alarms to wake up to your favorite internet radio station or a buzzer.

1. Navigate to "Alarms" in the system settings menu.
2. Select Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 to configure.
3. Set the alarm time, duration, source (Internet Radio or Buzzer), and frequency (Once, Daily, Weekdays, Weekends).
4. Ensure the alarm is enabled ("On").

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the radio. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Ventilation: Ensure the radio has adequate ventilation. Do not block any ventilation openings.
• Storage: If storing the radio for an extended period, disconnect it from the power supply and store it in a cool, dry place.
• Software Updates: Periodically check for software updates through the system settings menu to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
