Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, ensure the activity tracker is fully charged. Connect the charging cable to the designated port on the tracker and a USB power source. A full charge typically takes 1-2 hours.
2. Installing the FitPro APP
The CJ Tech Wireless Activity Tracker requires the FitPro APP for full functionality and data synchronization. Download the FitPro APP from your smartphone's app store (available for Android and iOS).
3. Pairing with Your Smartphone
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Open the FitPro APP.
- Navigate to the "Device" or "Bind Device" section within the app.
- The app will search for available devices. Select "CJ Tech Tracker" or a similar device name from the list.
- Confirm the pairing request on both your phone and the tracker if prompted.
- Once paired, the tracker's time and date will synchronize with your phone, and data will begin to transfer.
Operating Your Activity Tracker
Basic Navigation
The tracker features a TFT color screen. Tap the touch-sensitive area at the bottom of the screen to cycle through different display modes and functions.

Activity Tracking
The tracker automatically monitors your daily activity:
- Steps: Counts the number of steps taken throughout the day.
- Distance: Estimates the total distance covered based on your steps.
- Calories Burned: Calculates the approximate calories burned during your activities.
Heart Rate Monitoring
To measure your heart rate, navigate to the heart rate interface on the tracker. Ensure the tracker is worn snugly on your wrist. The measurement will begin automatically. For continuous monitoring, enable the feature in the FitPro APP.

Sleep Monitoring
Wear the tracker to bed to monitor your sleep patterns. The FitPro APP will display detailed sleep data, including deep sleep, light sleep, and awake times.
Sports Mode
The tracker supports various sports modes. Select the desired sport (e.g., running, walking) from the tracker's menu or the FitPro APP to get more accurate data for specific activities.

Notifications
Once paired with your phone, the tracker can display notifications for:
- Incoming Calls
- SMS Messages
- Social Media Alerts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Ensure notification permissions are granted to the FitPro APP in your phone's settings.
Additional Functions
- Alarm Clock: Set alarms via the FitPro APP to vibrate on your tracker.
- Find Your Phone: Use this function on the tracker to make your paired phone ring (if within Bluetooth range).
- Remote Camera Function: Control your phone's camera remotely by shaking your wrist while in the camera mode within the FitPro APP.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Regularly clean your activity tracker and wristband with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which can damage the device.
Water Resistance (IP65)
The CJ Tech Wireless Activity Tracker is IP65 water resistant. This means it is protected from dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. It is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes or light rain. Do not submerge the device in water, wear it while swimming, or expose it to high-pressure water.
Battery Care
The device uses a Lithium Ion/Polymer battery. To prolong battery life:
- Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Charge the device regularly, avoiding complete discharge.
- If storing for a long period, charge it to about 50% before storage.
Troubleshooting
- Tracker not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Try connecting it to a different USB power source.
- Unable to pair with phone:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Make sure the tracker is charged and within Bluetooth range of your phone.
- Restart both the tracker (if possible) and your phone.
- Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again through the FitPro APP.
- Data not syncing to APP:
- Ensure the tracker is connected to the FitPro APP.
- Check your phone's internet connection.
- Close and reopen the FitPro APP.
- Notifications not appearing:
- Verify that notification permissions are enabled for the FitPro APP in your phone's settings.
- Ensure the tracker is connected via Bluetooth.
- Inaccurate heart rate/activity data: Ensure the tracker is worn snugly on your wrist, not too loose or too tight.
