5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Scanner

Before first use, fully charge the scanner. Connect the USB charging cable to the scanner's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The indicator light will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

5.2 Connecting to a Computer

  1. Insert the USB wireless dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
  2. The computer will automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. This process may take a few moments.
  3. Once the drivers are installed, the scanner will automatically pair with the dongle. A successful connection is usually indicated by a specific sound or light on the scanner.
