1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the ALIENPRO Q300 Portable Bluetooth Speaker. This 2-in-1 speaker features True Wireless Stereo (TWS) technology, allowing it to be used as a single powerful unit or split into two independent speakers for a wider sound experience. With Bluetooth connectivity and an IP06 rating for water resistance, it is designed for versatile use indoors and outdoors. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and to maximize the product's lifespan.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

3.2 Powering On/Off

To power on, press and hold the Power button (O) for 3 seconds. You will hear an audible prompt. To power off, press and hold the Power button (O) again for 3 seconds.

3.3 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED).
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "ALIENPRO Q300" from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, the LED indicator will stop flashing, and you will hear a confirmation sound.

3.4 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing

To use two ALIENPRO Q300 speakers in TWS mode for stereo sound:

  1. Ensure both Q300 speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
  2. On one of the speakers (this will be the primary speaker), double-press the Power button (O). It will enter TWS pairing mode.
  3. The two speakers will automatically search for and connect to each other. You will hear a confirmation tone once connected.
  4. Once TWS paired, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 3.3.

4. Operating the Speaker

4.2 Audio Playback

After successful Bluetooth pairing, you can play audio from your connected device. Use the Volume Up/Down buttons on the speaker or your device to adjust the volume. Use the Play/Pause button to control playback.

4.3 Call Management

When connected to a smartphone, the speaker can be used for hands-free calls. Use the Play/Pause button to answer, reject, or end calls as described in the controls table.

4.4 Using as Two Separate Speakers

The ALIENPRO Q300 speaker can be separated into two individual units. Gently pull the two halves apart. Each half can then function independently or be TWS paired with the other half for stereo sound. To re-combine, align the two halves and push them together until they click securely.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the speaker. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the speaker frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
  • Water Resistance: The speaker has an IP06 rating, meaning it is protected against powerful water jets. Do not submerge the speaker in water. Ensure charging port covers are securely closed before exposure to water.

6. Troubleshooting

No sound from the speaker.Check if the speaker is properly paired with your device. Increase the volume on both the speaker and your device. Ensure the audio source is playing.
Bluetooth pairing fails.Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode. Turn off Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on. Forget "ALIENPRO Q300" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again. Move the speaker closer to your device.
TWS pairing fails.Ensure both speakers are fully charged and not connected to any other Bluetooth device. Power both speakers off and then on again, then try TWS pairing.
Sound distortion.Reduce the volume on your device or the speaker. Ensure there are no obstacles between the speaker and your device.
