Setup and First Use

Unpacking:

1. Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer.
2. Inspect the appliance for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Remove any stickers or labels from the unit.

Cleaning Before First Use:

1. Wash the cooking baskets and crisping trays in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. These parts are also dishwasher safe.
2. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.

Placement:

• Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
• Ensure there is adequate space (at least 6 inches) around the back and sides of the appliance for proper air circulation.
• Do not place the appliance directly under cabinets or near flammable materials.

Initial Burn-Off (Recommended):

It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes on a high temperature (e.g., 400°F / 200°C) before first use to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this process; this is normal and will dissipate.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview:

The digital touchscreen allows for precise control over cooking settings. It includes temperature and time adjustments, cooking presets, and dual-zone functions.

Basic Operation:

1. Prepare Food: Place food into the cooking baskets, ensuring not to overfill. For best results, food should be in a single layer or with minimal overlap.
2. Insert Baskets: Slide the baskets firmly into the main unit.
3. Power On: Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet. The power button will illuminate. Press the power button to turn on the display.
4. Select Basket: Choose either the "LEFT" or "RIGHT" button to select the basket you wish to program.
5. Set Temperature and Time: Use the "TEMP" and "TIME" arrows to adjust the desired cooking temperature (90-450°F) and time.
6. Choose Preset (Optional): Select one of the 6 smart built-in cooking programs: Air Fry, Broil, Roast, Bake, Reheat, or Dehydrate. This will automatically set a default temperature and time, which can be adjusted.
7. Start Cooking: Press the "START/PAUSE" button to begin the cooking cycle.

Dual Cooking Functions:

• SYNC Finish: This feature allows two different foods, cooked at different temperatures and times, to finish simultaneously.
  1. Program the settings for the LEFT basket.
  2. Program the settings for the RIGHT basket.
  3. Press the "SYNC" button. The air fryer will automatically adjust the start time of the basket with the shorter cooking duration so both finish together.
  4. Press "START/PAUSE".
• DUAL COOK: This feature applies the same cooking settings to both baskets.
  1. Program the settings for one basket (LEFT or RIGHT).
  2. Press the "DUAL COOK" button. The settings will be mirrored to the other basket.
  3. Press "START/PAUSE".

Shake Reminder:

For certain foods, the air fryer may prompt a "SHAKE" reminder during the cooking cycle. This indicates that the food should be shaken or flipped for even cooking. Simply pull out the basket, shake/flip the food, and reinsert the basket. The cooking cycle will resume automatically.

Pausing and Stopping:

• Pause: Press "START/PAUSE" during operation to temporarily stop cooking. Press again to resume.
• Stop: Press and hold the power button to cancel the current cooking program and turn off the appliance.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning:

1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Baskets and Trays: The cooking baskets and crisping trays are dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid metal utensils or abrasive cleaners that can damage the non-stick coating.
3. Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
4. Heating Element: If necessary, gently clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove any food residue. Do not use water or cleaning solutions directly on the heating element.

Storage:
