Setup

Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.

General Slow Cooking

Cover the pot with the tempered glass lid.
Plug the slow cooker into a standard 110V electrical outlet.
Turn the control knob to your desired setting:

LOW: For tender beef cooking or longer cooking times (typically 6-8 hours).
HIGH: For any broth cooking or shorter cooking times (typically 3-4 hours).
WARM: To keep cooked food at a serving temperature. Do not use the WARM setting for cooking.

The indicator light will illuminate when a setting is selected.
Once cooking is complete, turn the control knob to the “OFF” position and unplug the unit.

Stovetop Searing Function

The removable metal searing pot can be used directly on a stovetop burner (gas or electric) to sear meats or sauté vegetables before slow cooking. This helps to lock in flavors and create a richer taste profile.

Remove the metal searing pot from the slow cooker base unit.
