4. Product Overview
4.1 Front Panel

- Power Button: Press to turn the unit ON/OFF.
- Input Selector: Switch between Bluetooth (BT), USB, and RCA inputs.
- Tone Controls:
- Bass Knob: Adjusts low-frequency output.
- Volume Knob: Controls the overall output volume.
- Treble Knob: Adjusts high-frequency output.
- Tone Bypass Switch: Toggles tone controls (Bass/Treble) ON/OFF. When OFF, tone controls are bypassed for a pure signal path.
- LED Indicator: Displays current input mode (Blue for Bluetooth, Orange for USB, Red for RCA).
- 3.5mm Headphone Output: Connect headphones (TRRS port not supported).

5. Setup Instructions
5.1 Installing Vacuum Tubes
The P1 unit comes with two GE5654 vacuum tubes. Follow these steps to install them:
- Carefully remove the metal rings around the tube sockets by unscrewing them counter-clockwise.
- Gently straighten the pins of each vacuum tube if they are bent.
- Align the pins of the vacuum tube with the corresponding holes in the socket. Ensure correct orientation.
- Gently push the tube into the socket until it is firmly seated. Do not force it.
- Screw the metal rings back on clockwise to secure the tubes.

5.2 Connecting Power
- Connect the provided DC 12V power adapter to the "DC 12V" input port on the rear panel of the P1.
- Plug the power adapter into a suitable wall outlet.
5.3 Attaching Bluetooth Antenna
Screw the included Bluetooth antenna into the antenna port on the rear panel. Ensure it is securely tightened for optimal signal reception.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Powering On/Off
Press the Power button on the front panel to turn the P1 unit ON or OFF. The vacuum tubes will glow once powered on.
6.2 Selecting Input Source
Use the Input Selector button on the front panel to cycle through the available input sources: Bluetooth (BT), USB, and RCA. The LED indicator will change color to show the active input:
- Blue: Bluetooth Input
- Orange: USB Input
- Red: RCA Input
6.3 Bluetooth Connection
- Select Bluetooth input using the Input Selector. The LED will turn blue and blink, indicating pairing mode.
- On your audio device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for "BT HIFI AUDIO".
- Select "BT HIFI AUDIO" to pair. Once connected, the blue LED will stop blinking and remain solid.
- If you encounter issues, clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device and the P1 unit (see Troubleshooting).

6.4 USB DAC Connection
Connect the P1 to your computer using the provided USB cable. Select USB input on the P1. Your computer should automatically recognize the P1 as an audio output device. Select it in your sound settings.
6.5 RCA Input/Output
Use RCA cables to connect external audio sources (e.g., CD player, TV) to the RCA input ports. Connect the RCA output ports to a power amplifier or active speakers.

6.6 Adjusting Volume and Tone
- Volume Knob: Rotate clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease.
- Bass Knob: Adjusts the level of low frequencies.
- Treble Knob: Adjusts the level of high frequencies.
- Tone Bypass Switch: Flip this switch to bypass the Bass and Treble controls. This provides a direct, unaltered audio signal.
7. Maintenance
7.1 Tube Replacement
The GE5654 vacuum tubes can be replaced with compatible tubes such as 6J1, 6J2, 6J3, 6J4, 6J5, 6*1N, 6AK5, and similar types to customize the sound profile. Always ensure the unit is powered off and unplugged before replacing tubes. Follow the installation steps in Section 5.1.

7.2 Cleaning
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the unit. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.

9. Troubleshooting
- No Sound:
- Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and the unit is powered ON.
- Check all audio cables (RCA, USB, headphone) are correctly connected.
- Verify the correct input source is selected on the P1 (check LED color).
- Adjust the volume knob.
- If using Bluetooth, ensure the device is paired and connected. Try clearing Bluetooth history on both devices and re-pairing.
- Distorted Sound:
- Reduce the volume on both the P1 and the source device.
- Check audio cables for damage or loose connections.
- Ensure the vacuum tubes are properly seated.
- Bluetooth Pairing Issues:
- Ensure the P1 is in Bluetooth pairing mode (blinking blue LED).
- Clear "BT HIFI AUDIO" from your device's Bluetooth history and try pairing again.
- Move closer to the P1 unit to ensure a strong signal.
- Tubes Not Glowing:
- Ensure the unit is powered ON.
- Check if the tubes are properly seated in their sockets.
