3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your food processor before use:
- Step 1: Install the Blade or Whisking Disc. Place the anti-slip rubber mat on a clean, dry surface. Position the 7-cup glass bowl on the mat. Carefully place either the bi-level chop blade or the whisking disc onto the central pin inside the glass bowl. Ensure it is seated correctly.
- Step 2: Add Ingredients and Secure Lid. Cut food into small, even pieces (approximately 1.18 inches or 3 cm) for optimal processing. Place the prepared ingredients into the glass bowl. Securely place the bowl lid onto the glass bowl, ensuring it aligns properly.
- Step 3: Install Motor Pod and Plug In. Place the 300W power pod onto the lid, aligning the drive shaft with the blade/whisking disc. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
Your food processor features two-speed pulse control for precise processing.
- Speed I (Low Speed): Ideal for soft ingredients such as onions, garlic, vegetables, fruits, and baby food. Press and hold the left button for this speed.
- Speed II (High Speed): Suitable for harder ingredients like meat and nuts. Press and hold the right button for this speed.
To operate, press and hold the desired speed button. Release the button to stop the processing. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or longer pulses for finer results.

Example Uses:
- Grinding Nuts: For grinding nuts to a fine consistency, use Speed II.
- Making Baby Puree: For pureeing soft ingredients like pumpkin for baby food, use Speed I.
- Whisking: Attach the whisking disc for light whisking tasks like eggs.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your food processor.
- Disassembly: The food processor has a fully disassembled structure for easy cleaning. Unplug the power pod, remove the lid, and carefully detach the blade or whisking disc.
- Hand Washing: All removable parts (glass bowl, lid, blades, whisking disc, spatula) should be hand washed with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
- Motor Unit: The 300W power pod should never be immersed in water. Wipe its exterior with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Important Note: Do not sterilize any parts of this product with hot water over 140°F (60°C).

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your food processor, refer to the following common solutions:
- Appliance does not turn on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Verify that the bowl lid and motor pod are correctly assembled and locked into position. The appliance has a safety mechanism that prevents operation if not properly assembled.
- Food is not chopping evenly:
- Ensure ingredients are cut into small, even pieces before placing them in the bowl.
- Do not overfill the bowl. Process in smaller batches if necessary.
- Use the pulse function (short bursts) to achieve desired consistency and redistribute ingredients.
- Motor pod/blade assembly is tricky to align:
- Ensure the blade or whisking disc is fully seated on the central pin in the bowl.
- When placing the motor pod, gently rotate it until it slots correctly into the lid's mechanism. It should sit flush and feel secure.
