1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Arendo DIVINE Stainless Steel Kettle. This manual provides important information regarding the safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new appliance. Please read it thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference.

2. Safety Instructions
Always observe basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, do not immerse cord, plugs, or kettle in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “off,” then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot water.
- The kettle must only be used with the stand provided.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the kettle and its base from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport. Check for any damage to the appliance or accessories. If any damage is found, do not use the appliance and contact customer support.
3.2 Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water up to the maximum fill line.
- Boil the water (select 100°C).
- Discard the boiled water.
- Repeat this process two to three times to remove any manufacturing residues.
3.3 Positioning the Base
Place the power base on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be tripped over or pulled by children. The base features a cable winding mechanism for neat storage.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Filling the Kettle
- Press the lid release button on the handle to open the lid.
- Fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh water. Do not fill below the minimum (0.5L) or above the maximum (1.7L) fill lines indicated on the water level indicator.
- Close the lid firmly until it clicks into place.
4.2 Placing on the Base
Place the kettle securely onto the 360° power base. Ensure it is properly seated.
4.3 Temperature Selection and Boiling
The kettle features an LED display and touch controls for precise temperature settings.

- ON/OFF Button: Press to start or stop the heating process.
- Temperature Selection Buttons (+/-): Use these to cycle through the available temperature settings: 40°C, 50°C, 60°C, 70°C, 80°C, 90°C, 95°C, 100°C. The selected temperature will be shown on the LED display.
- Keep Warm Button: Activates the 30-minute keep-warm function.
Once the desired temperature is selected, press the ON/OFF button. The kettle will begin heating, and the LED display will show the current water temperature. A sound signal will indicate when the target temperature is reached.
4.4 Keep Warm Function
After reaching the set temperature, you can activate the keep-warm function by pressing the 'Keep Warm' button. The kettle will maintain the water at the selected temperature for up to 30 minutes. The LED display will show the current temperature during this period.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the stainless steel surface. Ensure the kettle and base are completely dry before storage or next use.
5.2 Cleaning the Interior and Filter
The kettle features a removable limescale filter in the spout. Regular cleaning of the interior and filter is recommended to maintain performance and taste.

- Unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely.
- Remove the limescale filter by gently pulling it upwards from its slot in the spout.
- Rinse the filter under running water. For stubborn deposits, use a soft brush.
- Clean the interior of the kettle with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly.
- Reinsert the filter, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
5.3 Descaling
Limescale buildup can affect the kettle's performance and energy efficiency. Descale regularly, especially in hard water areas.
- Fill the kettle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:2 ratio) or a commercial descaling solution according to product instructions.
- Boil the mixture.
- Allow it to soak for 15-30 minutes (or as per descaler instructions).
- Discard the solution and rinse the kettle thoroughly several times with fresh water to remove any residue and odor.
