1. Introduction

These earbuds are designed to provide a superior audio experience with advanced features such as Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC). 3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator light on the case will show charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator light will change or turn off.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light on the earbuds.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
4. Search for available devices and select "Billboard Soul ANC" from the list.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator on the earbuds will stop flashing or turn off, and your device will confirm the connection.
6. If pairing fails, place the earbuds back in the case, close it, and repeat the steps.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

4.2 Touch Controls

The Billboard Soul ANC Earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. Refer to the diagram below for common functions:

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.
• ANC/ENC Mode Switch: Press and hold on the left earbud for 2 seconds to cycle through ANC On, ENC On, and Normal modes.

4.3 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC)

The earbuds offer two advanced noise cancellation modes:

• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): Reduces ambient noise, allowing you to focus on your audio.
• Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC): Enhances call clarity by reducing background noise during phone conversations.

To switch between ANC On, ENC On, and Normal modes, press and hold the touch control area on the left earbud for 2 seconds. A voice prompt will confirm the mode change.

4.4 Wearing the Earbuds

Insert the earbuds gently into your ear canal and rotate them slightly to find a comfortable and secure fit. A proper seal is essential for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation performance.

5.1 Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
• Gently remove any earwax or debris from the earbud tips and speaker mesh using a small, soft brush or cotton swab.

5.2 Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust, damage, and to keep them charged.

5.3 Battery Care

• Avoid exposing the earbuds and charging case to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
• Charge the device regularly, even if not in frequent use, to maintain battery health.
• Use only the provided charging cable or a certified equivalent.

6. Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged and in pairing mode. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. If issues persist, try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's specific reset instructions if available, or place them back in the case and try pairing again).
• No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then take them out again. This often re-syncs them.
• Charging issues: Check if the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
• ANC not working effectively: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears to create a good seal. Check that ANC mode is activated via the touch controls.
• Poor call quality: Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Check that ENC mode is active for clearer calls.
