2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.

4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Unpacking

1. Carefully remove the air fryer oven and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Remove any packaging materials, stickers, or labels.
3. Wipe the exterior of the oven with a clean, damp cloth.
4. Wash all accessories (baking rack, air fryer basket, baking tray, rotisserie spit, rotating basket, crumb tray) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

4.2 Placement

• Place the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
• Ensure there is adequate space (at least 4 inches) on all sides of the oven for proper ventilation.
• Do not place the oven near flammable materials or under cabinets that may be damaged by heat.

4.3 Before First Use

It is recommended to run the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes before cooking food for the first time. This will help burn off any manufacturing residues and odors.

1. Insert the crumb tray into the bottom of the oven.
2. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
3. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 400°F (200°C) and the timer to 15 minutes.
4. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial operation; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
5. Once the cycle is complete, unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel Overview

• Power On/Off: Turns the oven on or off.
• Temp Increase & Decrease: Adjusts the cooking temperature (100°F - 450°F). Long press for rapid adjustment.
• Time Increase & Decrease: Adjusts the cooking time. Long press for rapid adjustment.
• Light: Turns the interior oven light on or off.
• Air Fry: Activates the air frying function.
• Start/Stop: Initiates or pauses the cooking process.
• Preheat: Engages the preheating function.
• Roast Chicken: Specific function for rotisserie roasting.

5.2 Food Function Presets

The oven includes 10 pre-programmed functions for common dishes, simplifying your cooking process.

To use a preset:

1. Place food inside the oven with the appropriate accessory.
2. Press the desired preset icon on the control panel. The oven will automatically set the optimal time and temperature.
3. Press the Start/Stop button to begin cooking.
4. You can manually adjust the time and temperature even after selecting a preset if needed.

5.3 Manual Operation

For custom cooking, you can manually set the temperature and time.

1. Place food inside the oven.
2. Press the Power On/Off button.
3. Use the Temp Increase & Decrease buttons to set the desired temperature (100°F - 450°F).
4. Use the Time Increase & Decrease buttons to set the desired cooking duration.
5. Press the Start/Stop button to begin cooking.

5.4 Rotisserie Function

The rotisserie function is ideal for roasting whole chickens or other large cuts of meat.

1. Assemble the rotisserie spit by securing the food with the rotisserie forks. Ensure the food is centered and balanced.
2. Insert the rotisserie spit into the designated slots inside the oven.
3. Select the "Roast Chicken" preset or manually set temperature and time.
4. Press Start/Stop to begin. The rotisserie spit will rotate automatically.
5. Use the Rotisserie Removable Tool (Fetch Rack) to safely remove the hot rotisserie spit after cooking.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

6.1 Before Cleaning

• Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

6.2 Cleaning the Interior

• Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and a mild liquid soap solution. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
• For stubborn food residue, a non-abrasive sponge or brush can be used.

6.3 Cleaning the Exterior
