| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet malfunction. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check the circuit breaker. |
| Food is not cooked evenly. | Overcrowding; incorrect temperature/time; food not rotated. | Do not overcrowd the basket/tray. Ensure food is in a single layer. Adjust temperature and time as needed. For best results, flip or shake food halfway through cooking. |
| White smoke coming from the appliance. | Grease residue; fatty foods. | Clean the crumb tray and interior thoroughly. For very fatty foods, place a small amount of water in the crumb tray to reduce smoke. |
| Food is not crispy. | Too much moisture; overcrowding; insufficient cooking time/temperature. | Pat food dry before cooking. Do not overcrowd. Increase cooking time or temperature slightly. Ensure the air fryer basket is used for optimal air circulation. |
| Rotisserie function not working. | Rotisserie spit not properly installed; food too heavy/unbalanced. | Ensure the rotisserie spit is correctly seated in the drive and support slots. Balance the food evenly on the spit. Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity (e.g., 4lb chicken). |
