Setup

Attaching Beaters or Dough Hooks:

1. Select the desired beaters (turbo beaters for whipping/mixing, dough hooks for kneading).
2. Insert the shafts of the beaters or dough hooks into the openings on the underside of the motor unit. Push firmly until they click into place. Ensure they are securely locked.
3. For dough hooks, ensure the hook with the collar is inserted into the larger opening.

Attaching the Blending Wand or Chopper:

The blending wand and chopper attach to a separate port on the mixer. Refer to the specific instructions for these attachments for proper assembly and use.

Operating Instructions

Always ensure the mixer is unplugged before attaching or removing accessories. Once accessories are securely attached, plug the mixer into a 220-240V power outlet.

Speed Control:

• The mixer features 5 speed settings, indicated by numbers on the control panel.
• Slide the speed selector switch to the desired speed (1-5) to start the mixer.
• Use lower speeds for gentle mixing and higher speeds for more intensive tasks like whipping or beating.

Turbo Function:

• For a short burst of maximum power, press and hold the 'M' (Moment/Turbo) button. The mixer will operate at its highest speed as long as the button is held down.
• Release the button to return to the selected speed or to stop the mixer if the speed selector is at '0'.

Ejecting Accessories:

• Always switch off the mixer (speed selector to '0') and unplug it from the power outlet before ejecting accessories.
