Important Safety Instructions

• Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the processing bowl while operating to prevent injury.
• Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
• Ensure the lid is securely locked in place before operating the appliance.
• Blades are sharp. Handle with care.
• Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 30 seconds to prevent overheating. Allow a short break between cycles.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Product Components

• Motor Unit: The main power unit with two-speed settings (I and II).
• 2000ml Glass Chopping Bowl: Large capacity bowl for chopping meat, vegetables, and fruits.
• 4-Blade Stainless Steel Chopping Assembly: For efficient and even chopping.
• 400ml Mixing Cup: For blending liquids like juices and smoothies.
• 200ml Grinding Cup: For grinding dry ingredients such as coffee beans or spices.
• Lids: Specific lids for each bowl/cup to ensure secure operation.

Setup

1. Unpack all components and wash the bowls, cups, and blade assemblies with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
2. Place the motor unit on a stable, flat surface.
3. Select the appropriate bowl/cup and blade assembly for your task.
4. Ensure the rotating part on the bottom of the motor unit is turned to the correct position for the selected function (chopper, blender, or grinder). Refer to Figure 3 for visual guidance.

Operating Instructions

Chopping Function (2000ml Glass Bowl)

1. Place the 4-blade chopping assembly onto the central pin in the glass bowl.
2. Add your ingredients to the glass bowl. Do not overfill.
3. Place the lid securely onto the glass bowl.
4. Attach the motor unit to the lid, ensuring it locks into place.
5. Plug in the appliance.
6. Press and hold the desired speed button (I for slow, II for fast) on the motor unit. Use speed I for softer ingredients like garlic or fruits, and speed II for tougher ingredients like meat or cauliflower. (Refer to Figure 4 for speed guidance).
7. Process for short bursts (less than 30 seconds) until desired consistency is achieved.
8. Unplug the appliance before removing the motor unit and lid. Carefully remove the blade assembly before emptying the contents.

Blending Function (400ml Mixing Cup)

1. Attach the blending blade assembly to the 400ml mixing cup.
2. Add liquids and soft fruits to the mixing cup.
3. Secure the lid onto the mixing cup.
4. Attach the motor unit to the lid, ensuring it locks into place.
5. Plug in the appliance and press the desired speed button.
6. Process until smooth.
7. Unplug and carefully remove the motor unit and lid.

Grinding Function (200ml Grinding Cup)

1. Attach the grinding blade assembly to the 200ml grinding cup.
2. Add dry ingredients like coffee beans or spices to the grinding cup.
3. Secure the lid onto the grinding cup.
4. Attach the motor unit to the lid, ensuring it locks into place.
5. Plug in the appliance and press the desired speed button.
6. Process until desired fineness is achieved.
7. Unplug and carefully remove the motor unit and lid.

Maintenance & Cleaning

• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• The motor unit should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
• The glass bowl, mixing cup, grinding cup, and blade assemblies are dishwasher safe. For stubborn stains, add a few drops of detergent and rinse under clean water.
• Do not place the lids into the dishwasher. Hand wash them to maintain their integrity.
• Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing.

Troubleshooting

• Appliance does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check that the motor unit is correctly attached and locked onto the bowl/cup lid.
• Ingredients are not chopping/blending evenly: Do not overfill the bowl/cup. Process in smaller batches. Ensure the correct blade assembly is used for the task. For chopping, use short pulses to redistribute ingredients.
• Motor stops during operation: The appliance may have overheated due to continuous use. Unplug and let it cool down for at least 10-15 minutes before resuming operation. Ensure you are not processing for more than 30 seconds continuously.
• Loud noise or vibration: Check that all components are correctly assembled and securely locked. Reduce the amount of ingredients if the bowl is overfilled.
