3. Setup

4. Operating Instructions

The ONCE FOR ALL Mandoline Slicer offers 4 mode choices (julienne, matchstick, slicing, and dicing) and adjustable thickness from 0.1mm to 8mm without needing to change blades.

1. Adjust Thickness: Rotate the dial on the side of the slicer to select your desired thickness (0.1mm to 8mm).
2. Select Cutting Mode: Use the levers/knobs to choose between julienne, matchstick, slicing, or dicing modes.
