1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your MIEBELY McLaren 765LT 1/12 Scale Remote Control Car. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

2. Setup

2.1 Car Battery Installation and Charging

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the RC car.
2. Use the provided screwdriver to open the battery compartment cover.
3. Connect the 7.4V 900mAh Li-ion rechargeable battery to the car's power connector.
4. Carefully place the battery inside the compartment and close the cover, securing it with the screw.
5. To charge the battery, connect the USB charging cable to the battery and then to a USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter). The indicator light on the USB charger will show charging status.
6. Charging time is approximately 2-3 hours. Do not leave the battery unattended during charging.

2.2 Remote Control Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the remote control.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert two (2) AA-size batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment cover.

2.3 Attaching the Steering Ring

The remote control features a detachable steering ring that can be installed on either the left or right side for user comfort.

1. Align the steering ring with the designated slot on the remote control (either left or right side).
2. Gently push the ring into place until it clicks securely.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Powering On and Pairing

1. Ensure both the car and remote control have fresh or fully charged batteries installed.
2. Turn on the RC car using the ON/OFF switch located on its underside.
3. Turn on the remote control using its ON/OFF switch.
4. The remote control and car will automatically pair. An indicator light on the remote control will confirm successful pairing.

3.2 Basic Controls

• Forward/Reverse: Use the trigger on the remote control. Pull to accelerate forward, push to reverse. The throttle is proportional, allowing for variable speed control.
• Steering: Use the steering wheel on the remote control to turn left or right.
• Headlights & Taillights: The car features functional LED headlights and brake lights that activate during operation.
• Adjustable Spoiler: The rear spoiler can be manually adjusted to enhance the car's appearance.

3.3 Performance Features

• 2.4GHz Radio Control System: Provides excellent anti-interference capabilities and a remote control distance of up to 50 meters.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Battery Care

• Always fully charge the Li-ion battery before first use and after each play session.
• Do not overcharge or completely discharge the battery.
• Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Remove batteries from the car and remote control when not in use for extended periods.

4.2 Cleaning

• Wipe the car with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt.
• Avoid using water or chemical cleaners, as these can damage electronic components.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Car Not Responding

• Ensure both the car and remote control are powered on.
• Check if the car's battery is fully charged and correctly installed.
• Verify that the remote control batteries are fresh and correctly installed.
• Re-pair the car and remote control by turning both off and then on again.

5.2 Steering Not Straight

If the car does not drive in a straight line, adjust the direction spinner located on the underside of the car.

5.3 Short Control Range or Interference

• Ensure there are no large obstacles between the remote control and the car.
• Avoid operating near other 2.4GHz devices that may cause interference.
• Check remote control battery levels.
