Setup and Installation
1. Battery Installation
- Open the safe using one of the provided override keys.
- Locate the battery compartment on the inside of the safe door.
- Insert 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
2. Mounting the Safe
The safe can be securely mounted to a floor or wall for added security.
- Position the safe in the desired location, ensuring it is level.
- Mark the drilling points through the pre-drilled holes located at the back or bottom of the safe.
- Drill pilot holes suitable for the provided fixing bolts.
- Secure the safe using the fixing bolts, tightening them firmly.
- Ensure the safe is firmly attached and cannot be easily removed.

Operating Instructions
1. Initial Code Setting
- With the safe door open, press the red reset button located on the inside of the door.
- The display will show "PROG".
- Enter a new 3 to 8 digit code, then press "START" or "E".
- The display will show "GOOD" to confirm the new code is set.
- Test the new code with the door open before closing to ensure it works correctly.
2. Opening the Safe
- Enter your 3 to 8 digit code on the keypad.
- Press "START" or "E".
- The display will show "OPEN".
- Turn the handle clockwise within 5 seconds to open the door.
3. Locking the Safe
- Close the door and turn the handle counter-clockwise. The safe will automatically lock.
4. Changing the User Code
- Open the safe using your current code.
- Press the red reset button on the inside of the door.
- The display will show "PROG".
- Enter a new 3 to 8 digit code, then press "START" or "E".
- The display will show "GOOD" to confirm the code change.
5. Manual Override (Emergency Key)
- If the batteries are depleted or the code is forgotten, insert the override key into the keyhole (typically hidden behind a small cover near the keypad).
- Turn the key clockwise and simultaneously turn the handle to open the safe.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
- When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace all 4 AA batteries promptly.
- Use only new, high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance.
Cleaning
- Wipe the safe exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
- Ensure no moisture enters the keypad or electronic components.
Troubleshooting
Safe does not open with code:
- Ensure batteries are not depleted. Replace if necessary.
- Verify the code entered is correct. Try again slowly and carefully.
- If 4 incorrect attempts are made, the keypad will lock for 3 minutes as a security measure. Wait for the lockout period to end.
- Use the manual override key if all other methods fail.
Keypad is unresponsive:
- Check battery installation and charge. Replace batteries if they are low or dead.
- Ensure no foreign objects are obstructing the buttons.
Alarm sounds unexpectedly:
- The alarm sounds after 4 incorrect code entries. This is a built-in security feature.
- The alarm will sound for 3 minutes before resetting.
