• Reading the Gauge: The gauge features a dual scale. The outer black scale indicates pressure in PSI (pounds per square inch), and the inner red scale indicates pressure in BAR. Read the value indicated by the needle.
• "Clean Filter" Indicator: The gauge includes a "Clean Filter" indicator. After cleaning or replacing your filter, note the pressure reading and rotate the outer bezel to align the "START" arrow with the current pressure. This provides a reference point to easily monitor when your filter needs cleaning again.
• Monitoring Pressure: Regularly check the pressure reading. A significant increase in pressure (typically 8-10 PSI above the "Clean Filter" reading) indicates that the filter is becoming clogged and requires cleaning or backwashing.
