Setup and Installation

Unpacking

Carefully remove all packaging materials, including foam and adhesive tape. Inspect the freezer for any shipping damage. Keep packaging materials until you are satisfied with the product's condition. The package includes: 1 x 1.1 Cu Ft Mini Freezer, 2 x Removable Shelves, 1 x User Manual.

Placement

Place the freezer on a firm, level floor that is strong enough to support the unit when fully loaded. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space on the back and sides for proper air circulation. Avoid placing the unit near heat sources or in direct sunlight. This freestanding unit measures approximately 17.5" (L) x 18.6" (W) x 19.6" (H) and weighs 45.2 pounds.

Initial Operation

After placing the freezer, allow it to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it into a power outlet. This allows the refrigerant to settle, preventing potential damage to the cooling system.

Operating Instructions

Temperature Control

The freezer features an adjustable thermostat located on the exterior. You can easily change the temperature by rotating the dial. Settings range from 1 (Off) to 7 (Coldest), allowing you to customize the freezing temperature between -8°F and 14°F (-22°C and -10°C) for various food items.

Maintenance

Defrosting

This freezer requires manual defrosting. When frost accumulates to a thickness of about 0.2 inches (5 mm) on the evaporator, the freezer should be defrosted. To defrost, unplug the unit, remove all contents, and allow the ice to melt naturally. You can place towels at the bottom to absorb water. Do not use sharp objects to remove ice.

Cleaning

Regularly clean the interior and exterior of the freezer. Unplug the unit before cleaning. Use a soft cloth with a mild detergent and warm water to wipe down surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure all surfaces are dry before plugging the unit back in.
