Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance base in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.

- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Use only with a 120V 1000W 60Hz power supply.
- Helpful Hint: The stainless steel bowl is perfect for cooking instant noodles or shabu shabu; and the grilling plate is ideal for sliced meats or veggies. Do not use both the stainless steel bowl and grilling plate at the same time.

Setup
- Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
- Wash the stainless steel pot, non-stick grilling plate, and tempered glass lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Place the electric burner base on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface.
- Ensure the temperature control dial is in the "OFF" position before plugging in the appliance.
Operating Instructions
1. Hot Pot / Shabu Shabu Mode
- Place the 3 Qt. stainless steel cooking pot onto the heating plate base.
- Add desired liquids and ingredients to the pot. Do not overfill.
- Place the tempered glass lid on the pot.
- Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC power outlet.
- Turn the temperature control dial to the desired heat setting (Low, Mid, High). The indicator light will illuminate.
- Once cooking is complete, turn the temperature control dial to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.
2. Grilling Mode
- Place the non-stick grilling plate onto the heating plate base.
- Add a small amount of cooking oil if desired.
- Place the tempered glass lid on the grilling plate.
- Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC power outlet.
- Turn the temperature control dial to the desired heat setting (Low, Mid, High). The indicator light will illuminate.
- Once the grilling plate is heated, add your ingredients.
- Once cooking is complete, turn the temperature control dial to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.
Note: Always ensure only one cooking accessory (either the stainless steel pot or the grilling plate) is placed on the heating base at a time.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- The stainless steel pot, non-stick grilling plate, and tempered glass lid are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or metal utensils on the non-stick grilling plate, as this may damage the surface.
- Wipe the exterior of the electric burner base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before storing or next use.
