- For home or office use, connect the AC power adapter to the massager's power input port and then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

- Power On/Off: Press the Power Button (top button with a circle and vertical line) to turn the massager on. The massage nodes will begin rotating, and the heat function will activate by default (indicated by red lights). Press the Power Button again at any time to turn the unit off.
- Change Massage Direction: Press the Direction Button (second button with circular arrows) to change the rotation direction of the massage nodes. The direction automatically changes every 1 minute during continuous operation.
- Adjust Speed/Intensity: Press the Speed Button (third button with vertical bars) to cycle through three adjustable speed and intensity levels: low, medium, and high.
- Activate/Deactivate Heat: Press the Heat Button (bottom button with wavy lines) to activate or deactivate the infrared heating function. When active, the massage nodes will glow red.
- Applying Pressure: Utilize the arm straps by placing your hands through the loops. You can pull down on the straps to apply more pressure to the massage area, allowing for deeper tissue kneading. Release the straps to reduce pressure.
