Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation. Ensure power is OFF at the circuit breaker before beginning.
- Step 1: Select Color Temperature
Before mounting, locate the CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) switch on the back of the fixture. Select your desired color temperature: 3000K (Soft White), 4000K (Cool White), or 5000K (Bright White). This setting cannot be changed after installation without removing the fixture.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your light fixture, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Light does not turn on. | No power, incorrect wiring, CCT switch not set. | Check circuit breaker. Verify wiring connections. Ensure CCT switch is set to a color temperature. |
| Light does not detect motion. | Sensor obstructed, outside detection range, incorrect installation height. | Ensure sensor is clear. Verify motion is within 16ft range. Check installation height (max 7.8ft). |
| Light stays on continuously. | Constant motion in detection area, sensor malfunction. | Ensure no continuous motion is present. If problem persists, contact support. |
| Light flickers. | Loose wiring, incompatible dimmer (not designed for dimming). | Check wiring connections. This fixture is not designed for use with dimmers. |
