2. Setup
2.1 Installing the Cartridge
- Ensure your GeekVape Aegis One or Aegis 1FC device is turned off.
- Align the bottom of the new pod cartridge with the pod slot on your device.
- Gently push the cartridge firmly into the device until it clicks securely into place.
2.2 Filling the Cartridge
The Aegis One Pod Cartridges feature a convenient top-filling design.
- Remove the black mouthpiece from the top of the cartridge. This will reveal the filling port.
- Insert the nozzle of your e-liquid bottle into the filling port.

2.3 Priming the Coil
After filling a new cartridge, it is crucial to prime the coil to prevent dry hits and extend coil life.
- Allow the filled cartridge to stand upright for at least 5-10 minutes before use. This allows the e-liquid to fully saturate the coil's cotton.
- Take a few short, gentle puffs without activating the device (if possible) to help draw e-liquid into the coil.
3. Operating Instructions
Once the cartridge is installed and primed, your GeekVape Aegis One or Aegis 1FC device is ready for use. The cartridge itself does not have operational controls; its function is to hold e-liquid and vaporize it via the integrated coil when power is supplied by the device.
- Ensure the cartridge is securely seated in the device.
- Refer to your GeekVape Aegis One/1FC device manual for specific instructions on activating and using the device.
- Inhale gently through the mouthpiece to activate the device (if it has auto-draw) or press the fire button while inhaling.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning the Cartridge
- Periodically remove the cartridge from the device.
- Wipe down the exterior of the cartridge and the inside of the device's pod slot with a clean, dry cloth or cotton swab to remove any condensation or e-liquid residue.
- Do not rinse the cartridge with water, as this can damage the integrated coil.
4.2 When to Replace the Cartridge
The integrated coil in the cartridge has a limited lifespan. You will know it's time to replace the cartridge when you experience:
- A noticeable decrease in vapor production.
- A burnt or unpleasant taste, even with sufficient e-liquid.
- Reduced flavor intensity.
- Frequent leaking (though some minor condensation is normal).
Typically, a cartridge lasts 1-2 weeks depending on usage and e-liquid type. Replace the entire cartridge with a new one when these signs appear.
4.3 Storage
- Store unused cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
