The Athea Collection by OVE Decors offers a modern and functional bathroom vanity solution. This 30-inch single undermount sink bathroom vanity features a cultured marble countertop with an integrated rectangular sink and a matching 3-inch high backsplash. The design includes a shaker paneled cabinet with an adjustable height shelf and a tilt-down top drawer for convenient storage. The vanity is equipped with soft-close dovetailed construction and hidden self-leveling feet. It comes with pre-installed Brushed Nickel hardware and includes extra black hardware for customization.

Setup and Installation
Proper setup and installation are crucial for the longevity and functionality of your vanity. Please follow these guidelines carefully.
Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully unpack all components and inspect for any damage during transit.
- Verify all parts listed in the packing list are present before beginning assembly.
Assembly
The vanity cabinet features a durable solid wood frame and premium panels. The sink is integrated with the countertop. Apply silicone caulk to install the countertop and backsplash securely.
- Countertop Installation: The white cultured marble countertop is designed for easy cleaning. Once the vanity base is in place, carefully position the countertop and apply silicone caulk along the edges to seal it to the vanity and the wall.
- Faucet Installation: Always install a faucet to prevent water damage. The countertop is predrilled for an 8-inch spread centered faucet (faucet not included).
- Leveling: The vanity includes hidden leveling feet to accommodate uneven floors. Adjust these feet as needed to ensure the vanity is stable and level.

Storage Features
- Soft-Closing Doors and Drawers: The cabinet doors and top drawer are equipped with soft-closing mechanisms, ensuring a quiet and gentle closure. This feature prevents slamming and extends the life of the hardware.
- Adjustable Shelf: The main cabinet area features an adjustable height shelf, allowing you to customize storage space for various bathroom essentials.
- Tilt-Down Top Drawer: A convenient tilt-down top drawer provides easy access to smaller items, keeping them organized and within reach.

Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance will help preserve the appearance and functionality of your vanity.
- Cleaning the Vanity Surface: Wipe the vanity cabinet and countertop with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish or the cultured marble.
- Spill Management: Promptly wipe up any spills on the countertop or cabinet to prevent staining or water damage.
- Hardware Care: Periodically check and tighten any loose hardware. The pre-installed Brushed Nickel hardware and included extra black hardware are designed for durability.

Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your vanity.
- Vanity is not level: Use the hidden leveling feet located at the base of the vanity to adjust its height and ensure stability on uneven floors. Rotate the feet clockwise to raise and counter-clockwise to lower.
- Water leaks around the sink or faucet: Ensure the faucet is properly installed and sealed. Apply silicone caulk around the sink and backsplash edges as instructed during setup to prevent water penetration.
- Drawers or doors do not close smoothly: Check for any obstructions within the drawer slides or door hinges. Ensure the soft-closing mechanisms are clean and free of debris. If necessary, adjust the hinges (refer to Figure 7 for hinge detail).
