5.1 2.4G Wireless Connection

  1. Locate the USB Nano-receiver stored in the compartment on the bottom of the mouse.
  2. Plug the USB Nano-receiver into an available USB port on your computer or device.
  3. Turn on the mouse using the power switch on its bottom.
  4. Press the "Connection Type Switch" button on the bottom of the mouse until the 2.4G indicator light (red) is active. The mouse should automatically connect to the receiver.

5.2 Bluetooth Connection (BT 4.0 / BT 5.0)

  1. Turn on the mouse using the power switch on its bottom.
  2. Press the "Connection Type Switch" button on the bottom of the mouse to select either BT 4.0 (blue light) or BT 5.0 (green light).

  4. Search for new devices. The mouse should appear as "INPHIC Mouse" or similar.
  5. Select the mouse to pair. Once paired, the corresponding Bluetooth indicator light will remain solid.

Note: The mouse can be paired with two different Bluetooth devices (one on BT 4.0 and one on BT 5.0) in addition to the 2.4G wireless connection, allowing for quick switching between three devices.

6. Operating Instructions

Once connected, the INPHIC DR01 mouse functions as a standard computer mouse. It features six buttons for various operations:

  • Left Click Button: Standard selection and activation.
  • Right Click Button: Context menu access.
  • Scroll Wheel: Scroll up/down, middle click.
  • DPI Adjustment Button: Located near the scroll wheel, cycles through DPI settings.
  • Forward Button: (Left side) Navigates forward in web browsers or file explorers.
  • Back Button: (Left side) Navigates backward in web browsers or file explorers.

6.1 DPI Adjustment

The mouse offers three adjustable DPI settings: 800, 1200, and 1600. DPI (Dots Per Inch) determines the sensitivity of the mouse cursor. To change the DPI, press the DPI adjustment button located near the scroll wheel. The red gear at the scroll wheel will flash with different frequencies to indicate the current DPI setting:

  • 800 DPI: Slower cursor movement, suitable for precise tasks.
  • 1200 DPI: Medium cursor movement, general use.
  • 1600 DPI: Faster cursor movement, suitable for quick navigation.

7. Charging and Battery

The INPHIC DR01 mouse is powered by a rechargeable lithium metal battery. To ensure optimal performance and battery life, follow these guidelines:

  • Charging: Connect the provided charging cable to the mouse's charging port (refer to Figure 7) and to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB interface, 5V/500mA adapter).
  • Charging Indicator: During charging, three white lights will flash circularly. Once fully charged, these three white lights will remain steadily on.
  • Low Voltage Prompt: When the battery is low, a red light will flash slowly to indicate that charging is required.
  • Charging Time: A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.
  • Use Time (per charge): A fully charged mouse can last for 1-2 months, depending on usage intensity.

To conserve battery life, the mouse will enter sleep mode after 3 seconds or 10 minutes of no operation. Press any button to wake it up. You can also switch the power button on the back of the mouse to the "OFF" position when not in use for extended periods.

8. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the lifespan of your INPHIC DR01 mouse:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: When not in use for a long time, turn off the mouse and store it in a cool, dry place.
  • Charging: Recharge the mouse every three months even if not in use to prevent battery degradation.
  • Avoid Drops: Protect the mouse from drops and impacts, which can damage internal components.

9. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your INPHIC DR01 mouse, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

9.1 Connection Issues

  • Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is turned on and fully charged. Check if the correct connection mode (2.4G, BT 4.0, or BT 5.0) is selected via the switch on the bottom of the mouse.
  • 2.4G Wireless not connecting: Ensure the USB Nano-receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port. Re-pair by turning the mouse off and on, then selecting 2.4G mode.
  • Bluetooth not connecting: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Remove any previous pairings of the mouse from your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to pair again. Make sure you select the correct BT 4.0 or BT 5.0 mode on the mouse.
  • USB receiver location: The USB receiver is typically built into the bottom of the mouse for storage.

9.2 Performance Issues

  • Cursor erratic or not moving smoothly: Check the surface you are using the mouse on. A clean, non-reflective surface is ideal. Adjust the DPI setting to a lower value if the cursor is too fast, or a higher value if it's too slow. Ensure the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse is clean.
  • Buttons not responding: Ensure the mouse is fully charged. If using 2.4G, try re-inserting the USB receiver. If using Bluetooth, try re-pairing the device.

9.3 Charging and Battery Issues

  • Mouse not charging: Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to both the mouse and the power source. Try a different USB port or charging adapter. Use a 5V/500mA USB interface for charging.
  • Battery drains quickly: Ensure the mouse is turned off when not in use for extended periods. Reduce the DPI setting if not needed, as higher DPI can consume more power.

9.4 Compatibility Questions

  • MacBook compatibility: This mouse is compatible with MacBook. If your MacBook only has Type-C ports, you will need a Type-C to USB-A adapter (not included) to use the USB Nano-receiver. Bluetooth connection works directly.
