Setup

Powering the Device

The Super Mario Bros Icons Light can be powered in two ways:

• Micro USB: Connect the included Micro USB cable to the light and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., a USB wall adapter, computer USB port).
• Batteries: Insert 3 x AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located on the underside of the base. Ensure correct polarity.

For optimal performance and continuous use, Micro USB power is recommended.

Operating Instructions

The light features a single button on the side of the base to cycle through its various modes.

Light Modes:

1. Standard Light: All icons illuminate continuously.
2. Light Phasing: The icons will light up in a sequential, fading pattern.
3. Music Reactive: The lights will respond to ambient sounds and music, creating a dynamic display.
4. Off: Pressing the button after cycling through all modes will turn the light off.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

• Light not turning on: Ensure the Micro USB cable is securely connected to a working power source, or that fresh AAA batteries are correctly installed.
• Modes not changing: Press the control button firmly and ensure it clicks. If using batteries, check battery level.
• Music Reactive mode not responding: Ensure there is sufficient ambient sound for the light to detect. The microphone is located on the device base.
