2. Safety Information
- Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 300 lbs (136 kg) for the TV and 44 lbs (20 kg) for the middle shelf.
- TV Size: This cart is designed for TVs between 60 and 120 inches. Ensure your TV's VESA pattern is compatible (100x100mm to 1000x600mm).
- Assembly: Assemble the unit on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Two people are recommended for assembly, especially when mounting the TV.
- Stability: Always engage the wheel locks when the TV cart is stationary to prevent accidental movement.
- Movement: When moving the cart, use the integrated push handles and ensure the path is clear of obstacles. Move slowly and carefully.
- Children: Keep children away from the TV cart during assembly and ensure they do not climb on or play with the unit once assembled.

4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly:
- Attach Wheels to Base: Secure the four heavy-duty lockable wheels to the base of the cart using the provided hardware. Ensure they are tightened securely.
- Install Vertical Support Columns: Attach the vertical support columns to the base. Make sure they are oriented correctly according to the instructions.
- Mount TV Brackets: Attach the TV mounting brackets to the back of your television. Select the appropriate screws and spacers for your TV's VESA pattern. The double hooks can be adjusted to fit various TV sizes.
- Hang TV on Cart: With assistance, carefully lift the TV and hook the mounted brackets onto the vertical support columns of the cart. Ensure the TV is securely seated.
- Adjust TV Height: Adjust the TV to your desired viewing height. The TV center height is adjustable from 53.8" to 63.3". Secure the height adjustment mechanism.
- Install Middle Shelf: Attach the middle wooden shelf to the vertical support columns at your preferred height. This shelf is suitable for AV components, laptops, or gaming consoles.
- Install Top Shelf (Optional): If using, attach the top shelf for a webcam or camera.
- Cable Management: Use the integrated cable management system to route and organize all cables, keeping them neat and preventing tangles.



5. Operating Instructions
The Rfiver Mobile TV Cart is designed for ease of use and mobility.
- Moving the Cart: To move the cart, unlock all four wheels by disengaging their brakes. Use the integrated push handles on the vertical columns to guide the cart. Avoid pushing directly on the TV screen.
- Securing the Cart: Once the cart is in the desired position, engage the brakes on all four wheels to prevent unintended movement.
- Adjusting TV Height: To adjust the TV height, loosen the locking mechanisms on the vertical columns, carefully raise or lower the TV to the new position, and then securely tighten the locks.
- Anti-Drop Design: The TV mounting brackets feature an anti-drop design to prevent the TV from accidentally falling during height adjustments or movement.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the TV cart with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Wheel Inspection: Inspect the wheels for any debris or damage that might hinder smooth movement. Clean or replace as needed.
7. Troubleshooting
- Cart is difficult to move: Ensure all wheel brakes are disengaged. Check for any obstructions around the wheels. Clean any debris from the casters.
- TV appears unstable: Verify that all TV mounting screws are securely tightened and that the TV brackets are properly seated on the vertical columns. Ensure the height adjustment locks are fully engaged.
