Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps for initial setup and assembly:
- Attach Handle: Securely attach the handle to the main unit.
- Connect High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the pressure washer's outlet and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.
- Connect Water Supply: Attach a garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the water supply is turned on fully before starting the unit.
- Attach Nozzle: Select the desired quick-connect nozzle and insert it into the end of the spray gun's lance until it clicks into place.
- Connect Power: Plug the GFCI-protected power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Test the GFCI before each use.

Operating Instructions
Before operating, ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is fully open.
- Purge Air: Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to allow water to flow through the system, purging any air. Continue until a steady stream of water emerges.
- Start Unit: Turn on the power switch of the pressure washer. The motor will start.
- Begin Cleaning: Aim the spray gun at the surface to be cleaned, maintaining a safe distance. Squeeze the trigger to activate the high-pressure spray.
- Using Foam Cannon: Fill the external foam cannon with appropriate detergent. Attach it to the spray gun. The pressure washer will draw the detergent and mix it with water to create foam.
- Total Stop System (TSS): When the trigger is released, the TSS will automatically shut off the pump, saving energy and reducing noise. The pump will restart when the trigger is squeezed again.
- Shut Down: To turn off the unit, release the trigger, turn off the power switch, and then turn off the water supply. Squeeze the trigger again to release any remaining pressure in the system.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.
- After Each Use:
- Disconnect water supply and power.
- Drain all water from the pump, hose, and spray gun by squeezing the trigger until no more water comes out.
- Clean the nozzles to prevent clogging.
- Wipe down the unit with a damp cloth.
- Storage: Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free environment. If storing for extended periods, consider using a pump protector/antifreeze solution.
- Inlet Filter: Periodically check and clean the water inlet filter to prevent debris from entering the pump.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not start | No power, GFCI tripped, power switch off | Check power connection, reset GFCI, turn power switch on |
| Low pressure | Insufficient water supply, clogged nozzle, air in pump | Ensure full water flow, clean nozzle, purge air from system |
| Water leaks | Loose connections, damaged O-rings | Tighten connections, replace O-rings |
| Motor stops frequently (TSS not engaged) | Overheating, low voltage | Allow unit to cool, ensure proper voltage supply |
