4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the foot massager from its packaging. Ensure all components, including the power adapter and user manual, are present.
2. Placement: Place the foot massager on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for proper ventilation.
3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the DC input port on the massager. Plug the other end of the adapter into a standard electrical outlet (AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz).
4. Foot Sleeves: Ensure the detachable foot sleeves are properly installed inside the foot chambers. These can be removed for cleaning.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Press the Power button on the control panel to turn the unit on. The default massage mode will activate.

• Kneading & Rolling: Press the Kneading button to cycle through 3 intensity levels (Low, Medium, High) for the deep kneading and rolling massage. This targets the soles of your feet.
• Air Compression: Press the Air Intensity button to adjust the air compression level (Low, Medium, High). This applies pressure to the instep, heel, and ankles.

5.3 Heat Function

• Press the Heat button to activate the soothing heat function. Press again to cycle through 2 heat levels (approx. 113°F to 131°F) or turn it off.
• The heat function can be used independently or in combination with massage modes.

5.4 Timer Setting

• Press the Timer button to select a massage duration of 15 or 30 minutes. The unit will automatically shut off after the selected time.

6.1 Cleaning

• Always unplug the massager before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• The detachable foot sleeves can be unzipped and removed for washing. Hand wash with mild detergent and air dry completely before reattaching.
