2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons. These include:

3. Placement: Place the OTG on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation (at least 10-15 cm clearance) around all sides of the oven for proper heat dissipation. Do not place it near flammable materials or under cabinets.
4. Power Connection: Ensure the power supply matches the specifications (230V, 50Hz). Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
5. First Use Burn-Off: Before cooking food, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at the maximum temperature (250°C) with the function selector set to 'Dual' (both upper and lower heating elements). This helps burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight smoke or odor is normal during this process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

General Operation

1. Prepare Food: Place food on the appropriate accessory (food tray, grill rack, or rotisserie assembly).
2. Insert Accessory: Slide the accessory into the desired rack position inside the oven.
3. Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature (100°C - 250°C).
4. Select Function: Turn the Function Selector Knob to the desired cooking mode:
   • Upper Heating: For grilling, broiling, or browning the top surface.
   • Lower Heating: For baking items that require heat from the bottom.
   • Dual Heating: For general baking, roasting, and toasting, providing even heat from both top and bottom.
