5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective slicing.
- Prepare Food: Ensure the food item (e.g., cold meats, ham) is firm and free of bones or other hard objects that could damage the blade.
- Adjust Slice Thickness: Turn the thickness adjustment knob to your desired slice thickness, from 0mm (paper-thin) to 12mm.

- Start Slicer: Press the 'ON' (green) button on the power switch to start the motor.
- Begin Slicing: Gently push the food carriage back and forth, guiding the food towards the rotating blade. The blade will cut slices, which will fall onto the receiving tray (not included, place your own tray).
- Monitor Operation: Maintain a steady, controlled motion. Do not force the food against the blade.
- Finish Slicing: Once slicing is complete, press the 'OFF' (red) button to stop the motor. Wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before removing any remaining food or cleaning.
Important Operating Tips:
- For best results, chill meats before slicing.
- Always use the food pusher to protect your hands.
