2. Setup
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present: the cooling pad, USB-A to USB-A cable, and this instruction manual.
2.2 Connecting Power
Connect the provided USB-A to USB-A cable from one of the USB ports on the cooling pad to an available USB port on your laptop. The cooling pad will power on automatically.

2.3 Adjusting Height
The cooling pad features 7 adjustable height settings. Lift the top platform and secure the support bar into the desired slot on the base to achieve an ergonomic viewing angle (16 to 35 degrees, raising your laptop 4.3" to 7.5" high).

2.4 Using the Phone Holder
A hideable mobile phone holder is integrated into the design. Pull it out from either side of the cooling pad to securely hold your smartphone for easy access.

3. Operating Instructions
The control panel with an LCD display is located at the front of the cooling pad for easy access.

3.1 Fan Control
- Adjust Fan Speed: Use the "+" and "-" buttons to cycle through 6 fan speed gears (U1 to U6). U6 is the maximum speed.
- Change Fan Working Modes: Long press the power button for 2-3 seconds to switch between 3 fan working modes (Mode 1: all fans on; Mode 2: 3 large fans on; Mode 3: 3 small fans on).
3.2 RGB Light Control
- Adjust RGB Lights: Press the light bulb button to cycle through 10 RGB light modes.
- Turn Lights On/Off: Long press the light bulb button for 2-3 seconds to turn the RGB lighting on or off. The cooling fans will continue to run independently.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance, regularly clean the cooling pad. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the surface. For dust accumulation in the fan grilles, use compressed air or a soft brush. Ensure the device is unplugged before cleaning.
4.2 Storage
When not in use, store the cooling pad in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the adjustable stand is folded flat to prevent damage.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Fans Not Spinning / No Power
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the cooling pad and a functioning USB port on your laptop.
- Try connecting the cooling pad to a different USB port or a different power source (e.g., a USB wall adapter) to rule out port issues.
- Check the LCD display to ensure the fan speed is not set to U0 (off).
5.2 RGB Lights Not Working
- Press the light bulb button on the control panel to cycle through the light modes.
- Long press the light bulb button for 2-3 seconds to ensure the lights are not simply turned off.
- Verify the cooling pad is receiving power.
5.3 Unusual Noise from Fans
- Check for any obstructions (e.g., loose wires, debris) that might be hitting the fan blades. Gently remove any obstructions after unplugging the device.

5.4 Cooling Performance is Insufficient
