Setup

Initial Time and Date Setting

To set the time and date, refer to the watch's buttons. The watch typically features buttons labeled "MODE/NEXT", "START/SPLIT", "STOP/RESET", and "INDIGLO".

  1. Press the MODE/NEXT button repeatedly until the time setting mode is displayed.
  2. Use the START/SPLIT or STOP/RESET buttons to adjust the flashing digits (hours, minutes, seconds).
  3. Press MODE/NEXT to move to the next setting (e.g., date, month, day of week).
  4. Once all settings are adjusted, press the DONE/SET button (if available, or the MODE/NEXT button again) to exit the setting mode.

Operating Instructions

Chronograph (Stopwatch)

The watch features a 100-hour chronograph for measuring elapsed time.

  1. From the main time display, press MODE/NEXT until "CHR" (Chronograph) appears.
  2. Press START/SPLIT to begin timing.
  3. Press START/SPLIT again to record a split time or lap time without stopping the main timer.
  4. Press STOP/RESET to pause the chronograph. Press START/SPLIT to resume.
  5. To reset the chronograph, press STOP/RESET while the chronograph is paused.

Countdown Timer

A 24-hour countdown timer is available for specific activities.

  1. Press MODE/NEXT until "TMR" (Timer) appears.
  2. Set the desired countdown duration using the START/SPLIT or STOP/RESET buttons.
  3. Press START/SPLIT to begin the countdown.
  4. The watch will provide an audible or vibrating alert when the timer reaches zero.

Alarms

Set up to 3 vibrating and audible daily, weekday, or weekend alarms.

  1. Press MODE/NEXT until "ALM" (Alarm) appears.
  2. Select an alarm (AL1, AL2, AL3) and set the desired time using START/SPLIT or STOP/RESET.
  3. Choose the alarm type: daily, weekday, or weekend.
  4. Activate or deactivate the alarm.

Indiglo Night-Light

Press the INDIGLO button to illuminate the watch dial for easy viewing in low-light conditions.

Maintenance

Cleaning Your Watch

To clean your watch, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. For resin straps, mild soap and water can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the watch case or strap.
