Important Safeguards
Please read all instructions carefully before using your Solac Hand Mixer. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning, assembling, or disassembling parts.
- Do not immerse the motor unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters during operation to prevent injury and/or damage to the mixer.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Use only attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.

Setup
- Unpack and Clean: Remove all packaging materials. Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Wipe the mixer body with a damp cloth.
- Insert Attachments: Ensure the mixer is unplugged. Insert the beaters or dough hooks into the openings on the underside of the mixer body. Push firmly until they click into place. The beaters are interchangeable; the dough hooks are not (one has a collar, one does not, match them to the correct holes).

Operating Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Place ingredients in a suitable mixing bowl.
- Plug In: Plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.
- Select Speed: Start mixing at a low speed (Speed 1) to prevent splashing, then gradually increase the speed as needed using the speed selector.
- Mix: Guide the mixer through the ingredients. For best results, move the mixer around the bowl and tilt it slightly to ensure thorough mixing.

- Use Turbo Function: For an extra burst of power, press and hold the Turbo button. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
- Finish Mixing: Once mixing is complete, slide the speed selector to the '0' (off) position and unplug the mixer.
- Eject Attachments: Hold the mixer over the mixing bowl or a sink. Press the Eject button firmly to release the beaters or dough hooks.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your hand mixer.
- Always Unplug: Before cleaning, always ensure the mixer is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Clean Attachments: The beaters and dough hooks are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water, then rinsed and dried thoroughly.
- Clean Mixer Body: Wipe the exterior of the mixer body with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Never immerse the mixer body in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Store the mixer and its attachments in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Ensure the cord is neatly wrapped.
