Setup
1. Battery Installation
The PROHEAR 066 earmuffs require 2 AAA batteries (not included) for electronic functions. To install:
- Locate the battery compartment on one of the ear cups.
- Gently slide open the battery cover.
- Insert 2 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery cover securely.

2. Adjusting the Headband
For optimal comfort and noise reduction, adjust the padded headband to fit your head snugly. The telescopic design allows for easy adjustment.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off and Volume Control
The earmuffs feature a single knob for both power control and volume adjustment. Rotate the knob to turn the unit on and adjust the desired sound amplification level. An LED indicator will illuminate when the unit is powered on.

2. Sound Amplification and Noise Reduction
The advanced SMART technology in PROHEAR 066 earmuffs amplifies ambient sounds up to 4 times their natural volume, allowing for clear communication and improved situational awareness. Simultaneously, it quickly suppresses harmful noises, such as gunshots, in under 0.01 seconds, providing an NRR of 23dB.

3. Using the 3.5mm Audio Cable
Connect the included 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX jack on the earmuff and to your audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to listen to music or other audio while maintaining hearing protection.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Wipe the earmuffs with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water. The earmuffs are IPX4 rated for water, sweat, and dust resistance, but are not designed for submersion.
2. Storage
When not in use, fold the earmuffs into their compact size and store them in the provided carrying pouch to protect them from dust and damage. Store in a cool, dry place.

3. Replacing Ear Pads
The ear pads are replaceable for hygiene and comfort. Refer to the manufacturer's website or contact support for replacement gel ear pads.

Troubleshooting
