5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Jump Starter
Before first use, fully charge the Baseus Super Energy Max. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the input port on the jump starter and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The digital display will show the charging progress. A full charge is indicated by 100% on the display.
It is recommended to fully charge the device every 3-6 months if not in regular use to maintain battery health.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle
Follow these steps carefully to jump-start your vehicle:
- Ensure the jump starter is sufficiently charged (preferably above 50%).
- Turn off the vehicle's ignition and all accessories (lights, radio, A/C).
- Connect the red (+) clamp of the smart jump starter cable to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Connect the black (-) clamp of the smart jump starter cable to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Plug the smart cable connector into the jump starter's designated port. Ensure a firm connection.
- Once connected, the smart cable's indicator light will show its status (refer to smart cable manual for specific light indications).
- Start the vehicle's engine. If it doesn't start immediately, wait 10-15 seconds before trying again. Do not crank for more than 3 seconds at a time.
- Once the vehicle starts, immediately disconnect the smart cable from the jump starter, then disconnect the black (-) clamp, followed by the red (+) clamp from the vehicle battery.

6.2 Using as a Power Bank
The Baseus Super Energy Max can also charge your electronic devices:
- Connect your device's USB charging cable to one of the USB output ports on the jump starter.
- The jump starter will automatically begin charging your device.
- The fast charging port (12V/2.5A Max) is suitable for devices requiring higher power, while the standard port (5V/2.4A Max) is for general charging.

7. Maintenance and Storage
- Clean the device with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
