3. The battery indicator on the display will show charging status.
4. Allow the device to charge completely. For optimal battery life, the first three charges should last approximately 10 hours, even if the display indicates a full charge sooner.

1. Wear Protective Eyewear: Before turning on the device, put on the provided protective eyewear.
2. Power On: Press and hold the power (on/off) button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. The display will illuminate.
3. Set Treatment Time: Click the "TIME" button to adjust the desired treatment duration. Recommended initial treatment time is 15 minutes, gradually increasing if needed, but not exceeding 30 minutes per session for a single area.
4. Start Therapy: Once the time is set, click the power (on/off) button again to activate the light therapy.
5. Apply to Area: Hold the device directly over the target area, ensuring the light makes contact with the skin.
6. Power Off: The device will automatically turn off after the set time. To manually turn off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

Note: Different body parts may have varying light absorption. Adjust the treatment time and intensity (if applicable) according to your comfort and the specific area being treated. Always start with shorter durations.
