1. Introduction

The Pwishef P1 Wireless GSM/WiFi Home Security Alarm System is designed to provide comprehensive security for your home, office, or store. This 18-piece DIY kit offers flexible installation and advanced features, including GSM and WiFi connectivity, app control, and compatibility with smart home assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant. The system ensures stable and reliable anti-theft performance through various alarm channels such as app push notifications, SMS, and voice calls.

4. Setup and Installation

4.1 App Download

The Pwishef P1 alarm system is controlled via the "Smart Life" application. Download the app using one of the following methods:

  1. Scan the QR code provided in the APP user manual (if available).
  2. Search for "Smart Life" in the Google Play Store for Android devices.
  3. Search for "Smart Life" in the Apple App Store for iOS devices.

After downloading, register an account within the application.

4.2 WiFi Connection

To connect the alarm system to your WiFi network:

  1. Confirm Router Frequency: Ensure your router operates on a 2.4 GHz frequency. This alarm system is only compatible with 2.4 GHz WiFi networks.
  2. Disable Mobile Data: On your mobile phone, disable 3G or 4G/5G cellular data and ensure WiFi is enabled.
  3. Initiate Connection:
    • In the Smart Life app, select the option to add a new device.
    • On the main alarm unit, navigate to the WiFi settings.
    • Select "Airlink" on the main unit.
    • In the Smart Life app, choose "Airlink Configuration".
    • Enter your WiFi password in the app and click "Next".
    • The system will begin configuration.
  4. Completion: The WiFi connection should normally be established successfully. In some cases, the connection may take up to 20 minutes to complete.

5. Operation

5.1 System Overview

The Pwishef P1 system features a 2.4-inch TFT screen with a concise user interface. It supports up to 100 learning/storage locations for remote controls, RFID cards, and wireless detectors, allowing for extensive customization of your security zones (e.g., door, SOS, bedroom, window).

5.2 Arming and Disarming

You can arm or disarm the system using the main panel, remote controls, or through the Smart Life mobile application. The app also allows for voice monitoring and portable intercom functions.

5.3 Alarm Notifications

When an alarm is triggered, the system will emit a loud siren to deter intruders. Simultaneously, it will send notifications via the app, SMS, or make a phone call to pre-configured contacts, ensuring you are immediately aware of any security breaches.

5.4 Voice Control Integration

The Pwishef P1 system is compatible with popular smart home assistants, including Alexa and Google Assistant. After connecting the alarm panel to your 2.4 GHz WiFi network and linking it through the Smart Life app, you can use voice commands to control your alarm system and other smart home devices.

5.5 SOS Function

The system includes an SOS function, accessible via remote controls. Pressing the SOS button will trigger a loud emergency alarm and activate GSM/GPRS/SMS/Call/Voice Monitoring functions to alert designated contacts.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Battery Information

The main alarm panel is equipped with a 3.7V/1000mAh lithium backup battery. This battery provides power to the system during power outages, ensuring continuous operation. The wireless sensors and remote controls are powered by their respective internal batteries. Monitor the battery status through the Smart Life app or the main panel display. Replace batteries as needed to ensure optimal performance.
