1. Download and open the RainPoint App (or Tuya App) from your device's app store.
2. Create an account or log in.
3. Plug in the Wi-Fi Hub to a power outlet.
4. In the app, click the "+" button (or "Add Device") and select "Socket (Wi-Fi)" to add the hub.
5. Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi password. (Note: 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).
6. Follow the app's instructions to reset the hub (long press button until light blinks quickly) and connect it.
7. Once the hub is connected, select it in the app and click "Manage added devices".
8. Find and click on "Water valve controller" to add your hose timer.
9. On the hose timer, long press the left button (or both buttons for some models) for 5 seconds until the indicator flashes rapidly to enter distribution mode.
10. Follow the app's guide to complete the pairing process.

4. Setting the Clock

Set the current time on your timer.

1. Turn the dial to "SET CLOCK".
2. Press the "+/-" buttons to adjust the current time.
3. Press the "OK" button to switch between hour and minute settings.

2. Press the "+/-" buttons to set the watering frequency (e.g., every 1 hour to 12 hours, or every 1 day to 7 days).
3. Turn the dial to save changes.

4. Automatic Watering

Once programmed, the timer will operate automatically.

1. Turn the dial to "AUTO" to start the programmed watering schedule.
2. When watering is ON, the LCD screen displays the remaining time of the current watering program.
3. When watering is OFF, the LCD screen flashes between the next watering start time and the current time.

5. Manual Watering

Initiate watering instantly without affecting your programmed schedule.

1. With the dial at "AUTO" and the timer not in Rain Delay mode, press the "MANUAL" button.
2. Press the "+/-" buttons to select the desired watering duration (1 minute to 240 minutes).
3. Press the "OK" button to start manual watering.
4. Manual watering starts, and the LCD screen displays the remaining time.
5. To cancel manual watering, turn the dial to "OFF" and then back to "AUTO".

6. Rain Delay

1. With the dial at "AUTO", long press the "DELAY" button for 3 seconds.
2. Press the "+/-" buttons to select a delay of 24, 48, or 72 hours. Press "OK" to confirm.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Filter

3. Carefully remove the filter screen from the inlet.
4. Rinse the filter screen under running water to remove any debris or sediment.
5. Reinsert the clean filter screen and reattach the timer to the faucet.
