2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Use appliances only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
  • When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
  • Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
  • Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
  • Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130°C (265°F) may cause explosion.
  • Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or appliance outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
  • Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
  • Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack (as applicable) except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.

5. Setup and Initial Use

5.1 Assembly

  1. Attach the Extension Tube: Insert the extension tube into the main motor unit until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Attach the Motorized Brush Head: Connect the motorized brush head to the other end of the extension tube until it clicks. Alternatively, attach accessories directly to the main unit for handheld use.
  3. Install the Battery: Slide the detachable battery pack into the main motor unit until it locks. Ensure it is firmly seated.

5.2 Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the battery. The battery can be charged while attached to the vacuum or separately.

  1. Connect the power adapter to a wall outlet.
  2. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the battery pack (either on or off the main unit).
  3. The charging indicator lights will illuminate. A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your vacuum cleaner.

7.1 Emptying the Dustbin

  1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off and disconnected from the charger.
  2. Locate the dustbin release button on the main motor unit.
  3. Press the button to detach the dustbin.
  4. Hold the dustbin over a trash can and open the bottom flap to empty its contents.
  5. Close the flap and reattach the dustbin to the main unit until it clicks.

7.2 Cleaning the Filters

The vacuum uses a HEPA filter. Clean filters regularly to maintain suction power.

  1. Remove the dustbin as described above.
  2. Twist or pull to remove the filter assembly from the dustbin.
  3. Tap the filter gently over a trash can to remove loose dust.
  4. If necessary, rinse the filter under cold running water. Ensure it is completely dry (for at least 24 hours) before reassembling. Do not use a dryer or heat to dry.
  5. Reassemble the filter and dustbin.

7.3 Cleaning the Brush Roll
