Important Safety Instructions

Setup

1. <b>Unpacking:</b> Carefully remove the kettle and its power base from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or disposal.
2. <b>Initial Cleaning:</b> Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the MAX line (1.7L). Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process two to three times to remove any manufacturing residues.
3. <b>Placement:</b> Place the power base on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
4. <b>Power Connection:</b> Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage of your power supply matches the rating label on the bottom of the power base.

Operating Instructions

1. <b>Fill the Kettle:</b> Open the lid and fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh water. Do not fill below the MIN mark (0.5L) or above the MAX mark (1.7L). Overfilling may cause boiling water to spill out.
2. <b>Close the Lid:</b> Ensure the lid is securely closed before placing the kettle on the power base.
3. <b>Place on Base:</b> Place the kettle firmly onto the 3600 swivel power base.
4. <b>Switch On:</b> Press the ON/OFF switch located on the handle downwards. The indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the kettle is heating.
5. <b>Boiling Process:</b> The water will begin to boil. The glass body allows you to observe the boiling process.
6. <b>Automatic Shut-off:</b> Once the water has boiled, the kettle will automatically switch off, and the indicator light will extinguish.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning will help maintain the performance and appearance of your kettle.

   • As suggested by the manufacturer, lemon juice can also be used for descaling.
4. <b>Filter Cleaning:</b> The removable filter can be detached from the lid for cleaning. Rinse it under running water and gently brush away any deposits. Ensure it is properly re-inserted before use.
5. <b>Do Not Immerse:</b> Never immerse the kettle body or the power base in water or any other liquid.
