3. Setup & Pairing
Follow these steps to set up and pair your ACREO OpenBuds for the first time:
- Power On: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- Activate Bluetooth: On your smartphone or device, enable Bluetooth.
- Connect: In your device's Bluetooth menu, search for "ACREO OpenBuds" and select it to connect.
- Automatic Reconnection: After the first successful connection, the earbuds will automatically connect to the most recently paired device when removed from the case.
4. Operating Controls
The ACREO OpenBuds feature a single physical button on each earbud for controlling various functions:
- Power On/Off: Press and hold either earbud for 5 seconds.
- Play/Pause: Short press either earbud once.
- Volume Up: Double press the Right earbud.
- Volume Down: Double press the Left earbud.
- Next Track: Long press the Right earbud for 2 seconds.
- Previous Track: Long press the Left earbud for 2 seconds.
- Activate Voice Assistant (Siri): Triple press either earbud.
- Answer/Hang Up Call: Short press either earbud once.
- Reject Call: Long press either earbud.

5. Charging
The ACREO OpenBuds charging case supports both USB-C cable charging and wireless charging. The earbuds provide up to 6 hours of playtime on a single charge, and the charging case extends total playtime to up to 18 hours.
- Charging the Case: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case, or place the case on a compatible wireless charging pad. Four white indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.
- Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging.
- Charging Time: Approximately 1.5 hours for a full charge.

6. Maintenance & Durability
