3. Setup

3.1. Component Assembly

Before installing the lock onto your safe, it is recommended to assemble the electronic components and test their functionality. This involves connecting the digital keypad, motherboard, solenoid, and alarm.

3.2. Battery Installation

  2. Connect a new 9V battery to the battery connector inside the keypad.

  4. Replace the back cover, ensuring it is properly seated.

4. Operating Instructions

The following instructions detail the basic operation of your YOSEC E-119T Digital Keypad Lock.

4.1. Unlocking with User Code

To unlock the safe using the user code:

  1. Enter your 3-8 digit user code on the keypad.
  2. Press the "#" key to confirm.
  3. The lock will disengage, allowing you to open the safe.

4.2. Changing User Code

To change the user code:

  1. Press the red reset button on the motherboard. The buzzer will beep twice, and the yellow light on the keypad will illuminate.
  2. Enter your new 3-8 digit user code.
  3. Press the "#" key to confirm. The buzzer will beep once to indicate successful code change.

4.3. Changing Master Code

To change the master code:

  1. Input "00" on the keypad.
  2. Press the red reset button on the motherboard. The buzzer will beep twice, and the yellow light on the keypad will illuminate.
  3. Enter your new 3-8 digit master code.
  4. Press the "#" key to confirm. The buzzer will beep once to indicate successful code change.
