5. Setup

1. Unfold the heating pad completely and lay it flat.
2. Connect the controller's plug securely into the heating pad's receptacle. Ensure a firm connection.
3. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet (120V AC).
4. Position the heating pad on your body, ensuring the weighted edges and collar are comfortably placed around your neck and shoulders. Use the detachable belt to secure it around your waist if desired.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press the power button on the controller to turn on the heating pad. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Adjust Temperature: Use the temperature adjustment buttons (up/down arrows) on the controller to select your desired heat level from 1 to 6. The selected level will be displayed.
3. Auto-Off Timer: The heating pad is equipped with a 2-hour auto-off timer for safety and energy saving. It will automatically shut off after 2 hours of continuous use. You can restart it by pressing the power button again.
4. Power Off: Press the power button again to turn off the heating pad. Always unplug the unit from the wall outlet when not in use.

7. Maintenance and Care

Proper care will extend the life of your heating pad:

• Cleaning: The heating pad is machine washable. Before washing, ensure the control panel is detached from the pad.
• Washing Instructions: Select a gentle cycle and use mild detergents. Wash at a maximum temperature of 40℃ (104℉).
• Drying: Air dry the heating pad completely before reattaching the controller or storing. Do not tumble dry or iron.
• Storage: Store the heating pad in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Ensure it is completely dry before folding and storing.
