1. Product Overview
The AC Infinity Air Filtration Kit is a complete solution designed to manage the climate and air quality within enclosed spaces such as grow tents, hydroponic setups, and indoor gardens. This kit efficiently cools, ventilates, and controls odors, ensuring an optimal environment for plant growth or other ventilation needs.
It features a CLOUDLINE LITE inline fan with a dedicated speed controller, providing quiet and efficient air movement. The included carbon filter, equipped with a prefilter cloth, utilizes high-quality activated charcoal for effective odor blocking. Flexible ducting is provided to connect the fan and filter, directing airflow as required.

2. Components
- CLOUDLINE LITE Inline Fan: Designed for silent and efficient air circulation.
- Carbon Filter: Contains 1200+ IAV activated charcoal for superior odor absorption, with a removable prefilter cloth.
- Flexible Ducting: Four-layer construction, 25 feet in length, for directing airflow.
- Speed Controller: Provides ten fan speed settings with a power switch.
- Mounting Hardware: Includes straps, clamps, and screws for secure installation.

3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your air filtration kit:
- Positioning: Determine the optimal location for your inline fan and carbon filter within your grow space. The fan and filter can be mounted inside or outside the tent, depending on your setup and space availability.
- Mounting the Fan: Use the provided straps and hardware to securely hang the inline fan. Ensure it is stable and level.
- Connecting the Carbon Filter: Attach the carbon filter to one end of the inline fan. Ensure a tight seal to prevent air leaks. The carbon filter can be placed before or after the fan, depending on whether you want to pull air through the filter or push air through it. For odor control, it is typically placed to pull air from the grow space through the filter.
- Attaching Ducting: Connect the flexible ducting to the fan and filter using the included clamps. Extend the ducting to direct exhaust air outside your grow space or to a desired ventilation point. Ensure all connections are secure and airtight to maximize efficiency.
- Power Connection: Connect the speed controller to the inline fan and then plug the controller into a standard power outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
The CLOUDLINE LITE inline fan is controlled via the included speed controller. This controller allows for precise adjustment of fan speed to meet your ventilation requirements.
- Power On/Off: Press the central button on the speed controller to turn the fan on or off.
- Adjusting Speed: Repeatedly press the central button to cycle through the ten available fan speeds. The illuminated dots around the button indicate the current speed setting, with more lights indicating higher speed.
- PWM Control: The fan utilizes Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controlled EC-motor technology, which allows for exceptionally quiet operation and reduced power consumption compared to traditional AC motors.
- Memory Function: The controller features a backup memory that retains your last speed setting even after power cycles, ensuring consistent operation.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your AC Infinity Air Filtration Kit.
- Carbon Filter Prefilter: The carbon filter comes with a prefilter cloth. This cloth should be regularly inspected and cleaned or replaced as needed to prevent dust and debris from clogging the activated charcoal, which can reduce its effectiveness.
- Fan Cleaning: Periodically inspect the fan blades and housing for dust buildup. Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a soft brush or cloth to gently remove any accumulated dust.
- Ducting Inspection: Check the flexible ducting for any tears, kinks, or disconnections that could impede airflow. Ensure all clamps remain tight.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your air filtration kit, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Fan Not Operating:
- Ensure the power cable is securely plugged into both the fan and a working electrical outlet.
- Verify the speed controller is properly connected to the fan.
- Check if the speed controller is set to an 'on' position (not off or lowest setting if it's too low to perceive).
- Reduced Airflow or Odor Control:
- Inspect the carbon filter's prefilter cloth for excessive dust or debris and clean or replace it.
- Check for kinks or obstructions in the flexible ducting.
- Ensure all ducting connections are airtight.
- The carbon filter may need replacement if it has reached the end of its effective lifespan (typically 6-12 months depending on usage and environment).
- Excessive Noise:
- Ensure the fan is securely mounted and not vibrating against any surfaces.
- Check for any loose components or debris inside the fan.
- Verify that the fan speed is not set unnecessarily high for your current needs.
